Windermere Village is a commercial development in West Windermere, Florida. Anchored by an Aldi Supermarket, this project was a complex, multi-year effort driven by extensive community engagement.
Listening to community feedback, we refined the project into an upscale retail plaza featuring carefully selected tenants and a design that fosters walkability and complements the local character.
Our efforts helped secure rezoning approval from Orange County, and today, Windermere Village offers a vibrant, community-oriented shopping experience with premier dining, retail, and services—all tailored to meet the needs and expectations of the neighborhood.
