Vista Hills is a luxury apartment community within the master-planned Hills of Minneola development and is the NAIOP Central Florida 2025 Multifamily Development of the Year; CBRE has broken ground as of January 2026. We are developing this project to complement the successful Minneola Hills Apartments and to continue serving the growing needs of the community. FK Architecture (formerly Fugleberg Koch Architects) and B-Pila Design Studio are handling the design, with civil engineering by KPM Franklin, MEP engineering by Joseph Lawrence & Co., and structural engineering by Gutherman Structural.
