Minneola Hills is a luxuary apartment community we developed and completed in 2021, and it was the first multifamily project within the large-scale Hills of Minneola master-planned development.
Recognized for its design and operational excellence, Minneola Hills received several awards, including NAIOP’s Best Multifamily Development and the MultiFamily Project of the Year by the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando, as well as operational awards from Multi-Housing News and SatisFacts. Minneola Hills was also recognized by ORA Power Rankings as being in the Elite 1%, establishing it as one of the best communities in the United States based on their online reputation, qualifying #28 nationwide and #3 on the state level. Minneola Hills scored a 98 out of 100 on the ORA Score, the metric used by ORA Power Rankings to score communities.
