Camp Lake Commerce Center is a large, multi-phased industrial park in Minneola, Florida, as part of the master-planned Hills of Minneola community and has been identified by Lake County as one of their four strategic corridors.
Situated at the Hancock Road interchange with Florida's Turnpike, this highly visible and easily accessible site provides an excellent location for logistics and distribution. The approved plan includes 1.4 million square feet of industrial space across seven warehouse buildings. The first phase, approved in December 2024, features two warehouses totaling 378,020 square feet, with groundbreaking expected in 2025. Subsequent phases will add five more buildings ranging from 140,000 to 336,000 square feet.
This project is designed to support regional economic growth by creating higher-wage jobs and strengthening local industry. It will include amenities such as trailer parking, and the first two buildings will feature modern specifications—32-foot clear heights, multiple dock-high doors, and ESFR fire sprinklers—making it an ideal hub for industrial and logistics operations.
This acquisition was identified by NAIOP as the 2022 Land Deal of the Year.
